Pre Orders and Deposits

Please note that if we offer a pre order service your item will be shipped once we receive stock of your chosen product. We work down a list and fulfil these pre orders when they arrive.

If you have paid a deposit, or we offer a deposit scheme please note that the deposit is non refundable. Please pay what amount is outstanding once we contact you within 7 working days, otherwise you do run the risk of having your order cancelled and forfeiting your deposit.
