PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within [1–2 business days] of payment confirmation. Made to order products have longer lead times — please refer to the individual product descriptions for details. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods (sales, new launches), processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

UK DELIVERY

We offer two delivery options for mainland UK:

Standard Delivery — £4.99 — [3–5 business days] Express Delivery — £6.99 — [1–2 business days]

Free Standard Delivery is available on all UK orders over £75. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. We ship via Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We're currently working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — stay tuned for updates. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow [up to 24 hours] for tracking information to update after dispatch.

RESTRICTIONS & EXCLUSIONS

We are unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) or Northern Ireland (NI) at this time. We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses [confirm if applicable]. Some products may be restricted from shipping due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. During exceptionally high-demand periods, dispatch times may be extended — we will communicate any delays proactively.
