Cancellation policy

Subscriptions 

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries each month. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Cancellation

There is a three month cooling off period before you can cancel your subscription. When taking out a subscription you are signing up for a minimum of three months

Failure to cancel in this time period may result in you being charged.

Please note that it is a recurring subscription service, payments are taken directly each month on the day you took out the subscription.

We do not accept returns on subscription boxes.
