To avoid any shipping cost surprises, we offer flat rate shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs just £4.99.

We also offer an upgraded service for £6.99.

We make and sell awesome products, and we're so confident you'll love what you've ordered!

However, if for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

• What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

• How should I care for my items?

Care instructions are included on the label of each product. Most items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and air dried. We recommend checking the specific care tag before washing, as some pieces may require special handling.

• Are your products sustainable?

We're committed to sourcing quality materials and working with suppliers who share our values. Many of our products are made from natural or recycled materials.

• How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

• Do you have a loyalty programme?

Not at the moment, however we are developing a loyalty programme which we hope to launch in the near future.

• What is the difference between Standard and Express shipping?

  Good question!

Standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr, Express shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr. This does not mean that our dispatch times change, it is merely and upgraded service. Which hopefully means your item(s) arrive quicker once dispatched. Lead times for various products can be found on product pages.
